“I’ve been a lover of cinema since seeing Interstellar in IMAX almost 10 years ago at the age of 18 and I’ve listened to quite a few other film/tv podcasts, but I can honestly I think this one is by far the best. I came across James & Anthony kind of randomly. I watched Donnie Darko for the first time in December and was blown away but also a little lost. So the first thing I did the next morning was look for a Donnie Darko analysis/explained episode on Apple Podcasts, listened to a couple other podcasts for a little before turning them off because they clearly weren’t for me. Then I came across that bright orange logo and saw the name “Raiders of the Lost Podcast”, and with myself being huge Indiana Jones fan, I hit play… Less than 10 minutes in I knew I found one of my new favorite podcasts. The guys do so much research for every episode they do and you can really tell they enjoy talking about film/tv and informing their listeners. Their chemistry is second to none (which it should be I mean their twins lol) and I always find myself letting out a few laughs each episode. I wish I found this pod sooner but I’m also kind of glad I didn’t because I have about 70 episodes saved that I plan on binging through at work lol. I love hearing the reviews of my favorite films and have also found myself watching movies I otherwise wouldn’t have ever heard of. Plus I like taking part in the intermission quotes and quizzes myself.
I need to stop yapping but James & Anthony y’all are the best, keep up the good work, stay true to yourself and I can’t wait to see what’s next. 6 stars.”
