“Found this podcast after following some of the work Alan’s brother Jeremy was doing on his podcast! Needless to say, I couldn’t believe I hadn’t come across it before.
After Alan was a guest on one of Jeremy’s shows that I follow I was hooked on his HIGH ENERGY! That episode dove into: How to deal with life during the pandemic with a huge emphasis on, Are you waiting for this to be over, or are you preparing for this to be over.
I immediately ordered an audio version Alan’s book, RAISE YOUR GAME. I liked that Alan was the narrator. When author’s narrate their own books, it really lets you experience the emphasis they’re placing on particular segments.
Since then, my kids and I have worked through Alan’s; Make Your Game Plan: Student Athlete Edition as well as I’ve gone through the Coaches Edition. Which, you don’t have to be a Student Athlete or Coach for all of these courses to apply to your family life and career.
I get excited when new episodes drop! I gain so much more perspective on being a Dad, my career, friendships, and the value of input from so many exceptional leaders/performers that are either guests of show or stories are told about.
Alan and Jeremy Stein are in the 5 Star category when it comes to podcasts (fatherhood, family life, careers, and overall positive enthusiast)!”
