“I have been listening to Moneeka for a year, and in that time I closed on two properties It was a little scary, but I’d listen to a blissful podcast and that would make me feel more confident, and calm. I didn’t get an off market multi-family flip steal. I got two single family homes that were move in ready. Relatively low risk, solid investments. They cash flow at $200 each but I’m really in them For the appreciation. Eventually I’ll finish the basements to add yet another room, so there is opportunity there. I love that Moneeka encourages one to move at their own pace. Im taking the home study course now. Can’t wait to grow my confidence and acquire more property in 2019!”
