“This has encouraged and helped me so much . Originally I struggled with the quality of the recording but the content was amazing so I powered through and hardly heard this... ( unless I was sharing with someone else) lately though the quality has diminished to the degree that I can’t listen. I have to have the volume up to the highest and still the words of the speakers are mumbled and difficult to make out. I wondered if it was just me but I went back to older ones and they are definitely clearer. Please help. Hearing people’s stories is definitely a lifeline - thanks!!!”
