Why hello. I didn’t see you there. I guess Arena has officially admitted that Streets of New Capenna isn’t worth drafting anymore. Fair enough. But can Baldur’s Gate make up for Streets? I guess the title of this episode is a spoiler.

Why hello. I didn’t see you there. We’re still Cubing it up Chromatic style, and I’m looking to go big with this one. We grabbed every extra-turn spell and every duplication effect we could find, and then on top of that we got passed Mizzix’s Mastery. Will we live the dream and take all the turns? Join me and find out.

Our gracious guest Seth has spoiled us with a surprise—12 crispy packs of #MTGCapenna! We’re sitting down to bust open packs the good old fashioned way and build sealed decks. SPOILERS: we’re both putting white, blue, and green cards in our decks.

Why hello. I didn’t see you there. In our Filthy Casual Review, Seth figured that #MTGCapenna would be the Dark Knight Rises to Kamigawa’s Dark Knight, but it’s looking more like a Batman v Superman. No matter. Join Seth as he strings together more of that juicy blue/white goodness.

Why hello. I didn’t see you there. We tried to switch things up in #MTGCapenna by drafting something that wasn’t Brokers. We drafted Maestros, and look how that ended up. Well, no more funny business. Just super normal serious Brokers business from now on. Join me?

Why hello. I didn’t see you there. For the first time in #MTGCapenna, I’m straying away from the one true path of Brokers. Is there anything else worth drafting in this format? Can a synergy/buildaround deck measure up? How many A+ bombs can I face in a single draft? Care to find out? Join me....

Why hello. I didn’t see you there. The community has unanimously agreed that Brokers is far and away the best faction in #MTGCapenna. And as far as I can see, despite the table fighting over Brokers, there’s still enough Brokers to Brokers around. Even without pulling big rares, I still managed to Broker my way to Brokers, Brokering the Broker until even Broker Broker. Broker me?

Why hello. I didn’t see you there. This is it. This is the moment. I’ve drafted not only an actual verified, bonafide mythic rare, but also a copy each of two incredible ‘mythic uncommons,’ as well as a 6 total ‘rare commons.’ This is looking good, fellas. Join me for some Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty, won’t you?

Why hello. I didn’t see you there. In each of us reside two boys: a Saga Boy who drafts every single saga that gets passed to them, and a Poverty Boy who has never seen a rare and can’t even imagine a mythic rare. It’s Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty time. Join me?

Why hello. I didn’t see you there. A new set is upon us, and I’m perhaps a little too eager as I dive in feet first into the complex and wonderful world of Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty. It’s a rough start with a junk ninja deck, but never doubt the kid. I’ve been here for years, rocking my peers, putting suckers in fear, making the tears rain like a monsoon. What were we talking about?
