Welcome to the Redacted Podcast! Today's discussion is mainly focused around stoicism, an ancient philosophy developed by the Greeks and Romans that focuses on self-control of one's emotions and actions in times of stress, the pursuit of true happiness, the importance of virtue, and living according to the laws of nature. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stoicism) We also compare stoicism to similar philosophies and talk about how we can apply these ideas to our daily lives. Finally, we have a small chat on time management, work efficiency, and "grind culture." Hope you enjoy! Note: Sorry for the delay between episodes.
