In this episode, I had the opportunity to sit down with Dr. Bill Egan, a long time colleague AND my former MSK professor from Temple DPT. Bill shares his experience coming out of the Army and starting as a civilian therapist. We discuss the difficulties that students and new professionals face when transitioning from clinic to classroom. We also discussed the barriers of insurance reimbursement and upward mobility in the profession. Great episode, and a great time catching up with Bill!
