In this episode, I sat down with 2 DPT faculty members, Dr. Mike O'Hara and Dr. Mike Steimling to discuss the importance of clinical education and mentorship. Clinical education is one of the least regulated portions of healthcare education and often times, clinical instructors are not prepared to be in this role. We discuss how clinicians can learn the fundamentals of pedagogy to ensure they are providing the student with the best learning experience.
