“I had absolutely no interest in true crime until my friend recommended this podcast after I was losing the will to live trying to find something to listen to in my car that didn’t make me want to headbut the steering wheel many times. I fell in love with Hannah and Suruthi and their lovely non-annoying voices. It took me a while to tell them apart, until I figured out Suruthi is the sweet sounding one, and Hannah is the Firm sounding one, but I had them the other way round for a while and got really confused so had to listen to the “I’m Hannah” and “I’m Suruthi” part over and over until I figured it out for certain. Anyway, they are so soothing to my English ear, after being surrounded by Aussie accents. At first I was just listening for the accents and the banter, but soon began getting into the stories and now have become addicted to looking up interviews from cases on the podcast on YouTube. Not sure how au feel about that. I used to have a life (honest). I love how they ask all the questions I want them to ask, about the backgrounds, childhoods and relationships of the Accused. Also they are suitably judgemental and incredulous in all the right places. Hannah does incredulous very well. Suruthi does Sultry. Amazing. Thanks ladies.”
