Very soothing
First, the way she speaks is very calming. Sometimes, just listening to this topic sets my anxiety going, but I enjoyed this podcast. I love right at the beginning she says we aren’t broken, that difference in thinking, changed me. Viewing myself as a work in progress, just like the physical health has helped me so much. I look forward to the new episodes.
