He has worked in large, medium and small sized organisations in private, not for profit and government sectors. He is currently part of the Employee experience team in a large NSW Government organisation and is deeply committed to making a difference for consumers. As we know in the research, happy and engaged workforces deliver better outcomes for their customers and this is something Ian is committed to making a difference on.
