Metaphysics and Epistemology of Pain in Acupuncture

Description
The more we move from nature the more we move to grave. One of the best things to practice is learning more about our health. Our lifestyle is the major thing that affects our health. How amazing I got tested through my fingers to know about my eye defect. I thought it was magic but no, I got to know it's about knowledge and experience. I marvelled because we practised what we discussed on the show right in the studio. Without prescribing drugs, she did what is called Therapeutic Analgesic for my colleague in the studio who complained of a headache and quickly, sent a message to the brain through his fingers to relieve him from the headache. 😀 I got some tips on how to boost the brain 😊 something so easy that I can do every day which I'd never thought of. Jokingly, I asked if the doctor could detect if someone has infection through the palms and she made me realise it's possible to some extent. I had a Date with Dr Mrs Rukayat Agbaje this morning on the show Awujo Wa. We discussed the Metaphysics and Epistemology of Pain in Acupuncture It was worth it to host such an amazing skilled Acupunturist. 😊 Let me give you a synopsis of what Acupuncture is. Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medical practice that has been used for thousands of years to treat various health conditions, including pain. Highlight of some points we discussed: 1. What Acupuncture is all about. 2. How acupuncture theory explains the metaphysical nature of pain and its relationship to the body's energy channel. 3. The Western philosophy of pain is often viewed as a subjective experience. How does the perspective align and differ from the traditional Chinese view of pain in acupuncture? 4. The role of Qi and vital energy play in the metaphysical understanding of pain within the acupuncture theory. 5. How does acupuncture's approach to maintaining pain management contrast with modern Western medicine's understanding of pain and its treatment. Here is a take-home. 😊 Water should be taken according to body weight and not just anyhow for the fact that too much of everything is dangerous. Plus, we drink sipping and not gulping water anyhow. The older we get the more our body feels to reject taking water! We have to force ourselves to do so. Breakfast should be taken before 7am while dinner should be taken 6pm-7pm, at least, 3 hours before sleep to avoid malfunctioning of the organ. High blood pressure patients are prone to not heal on time if they continue to have late dinner. Not using the restroom is not a sign of a good immune system 🙄 as my Yoruba people would say (Ara mí rán) I wish I could interpret that in English. 😀😀 For individuals considering acupuncture for pain management, it's advisable to consult with a licensed acupuncturist and discuss how this traditional practice may complement or be integrated with conventional medical approaches.
