“I've been eagerly awaiting Roderick's maiden voyage of Remarkably Human Radio. I’ve personally seen Roderick in action several times, and my jaw has always dropped; thus I figured that anything he put his mind to would be likewise amazing. I loved Eric’s (the interviewee’s) stories, humility, and his talking about his mindset and psychology. Anyone who repeatedly does extremely dangerous acts is either insane or extremely well prepared; if it’s the latter, then I’m really curious to learn from their mindset. Roderick does a great job with the interview. His voice and energy is so warm and engaging and easy to listen to. I was wondering just how he achieved that level of quality in his first interview; then I remembered that he’s been a professional hypnotist for years, so of course he’s perfected his voice! One thing I like the best is getting Roderick’s “insider information,” since he’s a true professional in the field of the mind’s extraordinary abilities. His tip at the end of the podcast was really valuable to me. I’ve spent the last 15 years engaged in various self-empowerment seminars, NLP trainings, reading all the usual books in the field, etc., yet his last piece still made me stop and ponder. He distinguished two related concepts that I realized I had collapsed into a single blurred concept in my mind and that this is potentially costing me a level of effectiveness. He pulled them clearly apart, which helped me see where the power was. Now that’s valuable. I so enjoyed this first episode that I allocated another hour out of my day to check out the second one! And I’ll probably listen to the third tonight – it’s like not being able to resist opening all the Christmas presents at once.”
