Positive energy, loads of fun, no XG or tactical jargon in sight. Would subscribe for Adventures in Clubland alone, which are history lessons for the youth and shameless nostalgia trips for the rest of us. If you’re like me and are aging out of your competitive years and maybe wondering why you keep bothering with this sport: it does what it says on the tin.

I keep playing with the idea of starting my own football podcast. There really isn’t any point because these guys have it nailed and know more about football in their little fingers than I do in total. They have the knowledge. They love football.

This podcast is so good that I’ve changed my whole work week routine so that I travel into the office on a Thursday purely so that I can listen to it on the train uninterrupted
