Worth a listen
Chris has a great idea here. It seems a little like ‘Take a Knee’, one of Adams podcasts but the difference is this is focused on peoples early job experiences. Chris has a good interviewing style, it’s not all about him, in fact you really don’t hear a lot about Chris, he really focuses on his guests stories. I really think Chris made something good here. The length is good, about 1 hour an episode which I find perfect for this kind of podcast. Sound quality is good.

Listened to the last two episodes and enjoyed. Chris seems genuinely interested in learning from his guests.
