Description
In this episode, we dive deeper into the topic of Sacred Grief. I’d like to introduce you to Libby Carstensen, a true gem of a human-being! Libby has shifted her inner dialogue from, “what’s the worst-case scenario” to “what’s the best that could happen?” She does this through consciousness-based practices like Kundalini yoga and meditation, Ayurveda and mindfulness. Her career as a radio programmer and on-air personality to teacher and Chopra Center executive gave her insight into many of the challenges we face today. For example, desperately seeking work/life balance and the escalating need to redefine hat success really looks like. In today’s episode we unpack how grief exists in many forms. Of course grief is ever present with the loss of a loved one, but grief can also be experienced during relatively “normal” experiences in life. For example, the changing of a role or job at work, even if via a promotion! We can still grieve the loss of the old ways, the old work, the old norm. If you or someone you know is grieving, please share this episode with them and continue to offer your endless love and support. We talk a lot about that too! How to support those who are grieving, you won’t want to miss it!
