What comes to mind when someone says Diversity? In today’ social context, race is the first thing that comes to mind. Who bothers to wonder whether the notion of race is synonym to diversity? The majestic beauty that rest in the notion of diversity is overshadowed by the ignorance loudly expressed by the few while many remain silent. The incredible and unavoidable power carried with the notion of diversity is rightfully feared by the ignorant. That fear is outwardly expressed by divisions and isolations. Some even go as far as building walls and preaching a “US Vs Them” narrative. Fearful are those who are empty of values inside, but rightfully full of fears because they will be crushed by the Power of Diversity.
