So many people think it’s so easy and simple.  Just eat less and exercise more.  But I’m unsure if you know this or not, but we all have a part of us that DOESN'T want to change. I used to think that there was something wrong with me. It was my fault and it was a control issue and everyone had control except me.  The more I felt like a failure, the more that I felt bad about myself, beat myself up and then I would turn to food again. I would get into a loop.  It was a real rut. I'd gain weight in this rut and it would reinforce this narrative I was telling myself.  This is what I wished I had known back in the day….that I want you to know today. Listen for more...
