“I titled the comment in this way because it is what I have come to expect from a pastor in the LCMS Church. I have come to expect this level of exegesis from pastors within the LCMS church because they care more for the souls of their hearers than being popular or lazy. They stick to the text of the Bible rather than trying to rationalize it; just plain ignore it in the hopes nobody notice; or even worse in many cases. It has been a breath of fresh air listening to POD casts like RevFisk RAW, Issues Etc., KFUO, Fighting for the Faith, and the like.”
