Jeremy, Richard and James, wait no...
Josh, Chuck and Corey, there we go... You boys have truly created something that I not only love to listen to, but I have started basing my life around... Not only have I spent countless hours in my wife’s full length mirror perfecting my “car show stance” but I have removed all clothing from my closet that has buttons, zippers, snaps or rivets. I don’t own a belt anymore. My wardrobe consists solely of sweatpants (banded bottoms obvi) and pullover crew neck sweatshirts. My wife looks at me like I’m crazy...”listen lady” I say to her, “you wouldn’t get it!” I’ve even taken to the neighborhood, driving ever so slowly in my convertible, similar to a early 2000’s Paul Wall video, in search of my own lost Yung Ben. An angsty teenage car “enthusiast” that’s calling out for help without even knowing he needs it. The looks I get when I slide into Main Street with a full pull hydro brake yank, turns enough heads, but when I finish that move off by hopping out over the door like Bo Duke, rockin a pair of heather grey sweats and a matching crop top, trying to chat it up with a boychild standing near his parents Jetta, well let’s just say I have been asked to leave a few different venues....but alas I will find my own Yung Ben and we will ride into the sunset, with the top down, as I tell him all the stories of h2oi’s past, explain what vwvortex was and how I long for it to be itself again, let him know vaping is not cool, why youtube influencers are a sham, car raffles are rigged and that a cup kit is in fact NOT the same thing as a set of coil overs... Anyways, I digress, all this to say that while I disagree firmly with Chuck’s stance on Chinese tyres, I find myself relating to almost every topic discussed, I long for Wednesday’s and the newest episode to drop. And I leave you with one parting thought and it is this: 2 episodes a week. Please. I’m beggin’. #whatiminto

More reviews of The Revival Motoring Podcast

These guys are funny, entertaining, opinionated, full of verbal diarrhea, passionate, irreverent, a bit huckster-ish, knowledgeable, engaging, and sometimes just plain full of it. Yet somehow I...Read full review »
