Johanna has also consulted, educated and worked with thousands of small businesses as well as one of the largest entrepreneurial educational institutions in the Western North Carolina region, and the Western North Carolina Small Business Administration program. With a background in Human Services and over a decade of experience as an Arts and Economic Development Specialist, Marketing Consultant, and Executive Coaching, Johanna focuses primarily on uplifting under-resourced communities including artists, neurodivergence, women, the BIPOC & LGBTQ+ community.
