Season 3, Episode 10: Beautiful Work is BADASS ft. Jenn Urso

Description
In this episode, I bring international coach and mentor, Jenn Urso to the sanctuary for storytelling and illuminating exchange! In Jenn's own words, "I used to have a complicated relationship with joy. I thought it was something I was supposed to feel or experience outside of Monday-Friday, 9-5. Until I knew that wasn't the life for me. So I packed up, resigned, had my own version of Eat Pray Love (except mine included ayahuasca, walking 500 miles and some boundary-pushing retreats in India). On the other side of that, I had a new mission: to help professionals move their work lives from bearable to beautiful. To help them integrate their career and life aspirations, so they co-exist vs competing for space and time, and create work lives that feel more nourishing while supporting their career climb. To help knowledge workers experience more joy, even inside their 9-5. Professionals love to work; it's in our DNA. And...we can become imbalanced and have leaky boundaries, allowing our work to manage us rather than managing it. The result is a drained, disillusioned, restless professional in pain, trying to find the way back to more balance, control and time for living."  As 2022 unfolds, you can catch Jenn serving as a coach and mentor for professionals in pain who want to find a more regenerative way to live and work. With a deep expertise of the beauty and the pain of business life, she wants professionals to live their best lives now, within their 9-5, and beyond. Is this you? Jenn will helps you to find more freedom and peace within your work life and beyond so work and life co-exist rather than compete for time and energy.
