On the other side of that, I had a new mission: to help professionals move their work lives from bearable to beautiful. To help them integrate their career and life aspirations, so they co-exist vs competing for space and time, and create work lives that feel more nourishing while supporting their career climb. To help knowledge workers experience more joy, even inside their 9-5. Professionals love to work; it's in our DNA. And...we can become imbalanced and have leaky boundaries, allowing our work to manage us rather than managing it.
