Listen now
Description
As a coach's son, Tom Luginbill understands that winning teams have a culture that is built by people and sports allowed him to see this first hand at an early age and even later into his playing career while winning a JUCO National Championship at Palomar Junior College in 1993 as the starting quarterback before earning the staring role at Georgia Tech and after transferring to Eastern Kentucky. He now continues to see up close some of the best college football programs in the nation and the players they are recruiting to build winning cultures as a national recruiting analyst and sideline reporter for ESPN.
