Opportunities through sports and the ecosystem of sports is something that Kelly has experienced firsthand within his own family and this led to his passion of now wanting to help facilitate those opportunities for others from having the opportunity to meet Bear Bryant as a kid to his days as an assistant college basketball coach and now through The Brooks Element, The Winning Edge Leadership Academy, Forward Progress Athletics Consulting and Renaissance Search and Consulting.
