“I came across these ipod tours by Rick Steves when we went to France and Italy in April 09. I got to say they blew my wife and myself away. We purchased the audio headsets in the Louvre and D'Orsay and then I remembered I had a tour on my iphone, so we thought we'd give it ago, well we took the audio guide back and went by Rick Steves, they were far more interesting, more informative and had pictures so you tell if you were looking at the right painting or sculpture etc, and because it's on your iphone, you can just pause, wait for the crowd to go and listen in peace. Don't go to Europe with out downloading these tours, they are absolutely brilliant !!”
