“Was interested in the Rédoine Faïd case after my French girlfriend told me about it. Got like half an hour in but the self-congratulatory presentation style and accents made it feel like someone once told these guys they’d make a funny podcast and for some reason they believed it. The accents aren’t insulting as such… they’re just not good enough to be satire and repetitive enough to get boring and detract from what is a really interesting story.
There’s a much better telling by ‘Corpus Delicti’ that I’ve since found!”

“In the Billy Idol episode Elizabeth Dutton stated that John Belushi died in the same Thailand hotel at the same time that Billy Idol was there (1989). John Belushi died in 1982 in California. If you can’t get that simple, easily verified fact correct I can’t help but wonder what else is made up.”
