EP48: Finding Faith & Purpose Through Tragedy with Serena Poon
Listen now
Description
Serena Poon, chef and nutritionist to Hollywood’s most elite, joins me to discuss how to bounce back from devastating setbacks in order to cultivate healing, your truest path and greatest success. Serena was already studying nutrition in college, but it was after her father was diagnosed with stage IV liver cancer that she really turned her focus toward nutrition as a way to heal physically, emotionally, and mentally. Shortly after her father passed, her mother was diagnosed with cancer and Serena was met another roadblock — a debilitating infection that nearly took her life and left her without the use of her left side for months. That’s when she dove into additional pathways to healing through mindset, energy healing, deep self-care and more for herself and her clients. Serena and I discuss her grieving process, how she found her way back to hope, and how her personal brand of Culinary Alchemy™ helps others be their best selves.
