Dan has severed over a dozen properties, flipped land, built new multi-family buildings from the ground up and regularly helps other investors get their infill projects approved as well. Dan also owns and operates, Water Bill Solutions a company that provides water submetering systems to multi-family investors helping increase the NOI on their properties.
