The NSW government is reviewing domestic violence-related bail laws after the horrific death of Molly Ticehurst earlier this week. Associate Professor Jane Wangman from the NSW Domestic Violence Death Review Team warns that while she "welcomes" the bail review the issue can't be separated into parts - and must be reformed "holistically".  She says the law is "only as good as the professionals that apply and enforce it" she says we need to ensure a domestic violence lens is used to consider risk in things like bail conditions.
