A Wellington lawyer whose investigation of a forestry death helped prompt an independent review of Worksafe says the agency is squandering its strengthened powers. As we've reported this week, the independent review found multiple failings in the way Worksafe investigates deaths and injuries on the job. Yet the review still said the says investigations are good quality. Lawyer Hazel Armstrong speaks to Corin Dann.
