Influential figures call for border reopening strategy

Three influential New Zealand figures are urging the government to make a plan for how the border can gradually be reopened during in the time of Covid-19. The former New Zealand Chief Science Advisor Sir Peter Gluckman, former Prime Minister Helen Clark and ex-Air New Zealand chief executive Rob Fyfe believe an extended delay will cause huge damage to the economy. They say New Zealand needs to start thinking about what strategy will we use when opening the border up to more travellers. Sir Peter speaks to Corin Dann.
