Description
“It truly was one of the most bad ass days of my life. I got to run with my buddy through the Alps, insane conditions, cross the finish line, I mean at the end of the day it was an amazing day for me.” Zach Friedley is an adaptive athlete who started a non profit called Mendecino Movement Project to help people with different challenges move their bodies. Zachary chats with Luis about inclusion, running at different events, strange moments at races, having a guide runner at UTMB, his overall UTMB experience, and advice for races looking to include adaptive athletes.
