“I have become a big fan of this podcast, because so much of it just hits the right notes. Murray Valeriano is excellent as host/moderator - good at being funny and also not stepping all over his guests - and at pairing his guests. He has created an environment/format that is relaxed and so the humor doesn’t feel forced or part of their rehearsed set (a huge pet peeve of talk with comedians on other media platforms). Even if I’m not familiar with his guests - or if I know them but aren’t particularly fans of their routines - they almost always come off as much more likable, relatable, and funny here. On top of it all, as one who also spends a lot of time working on the road, I can relate to some of the stories they tell and find it tremendously entertaining. I always listen to the new podcasts right away, and even repeat-listen to the archived episodes. “Roadstories” is a gem in the sea of podcasts…give it a listen.”
