“This is a great podcast!
Robservations is a deep analysis of the great landscape of pop culture we all currently inhabit, and an exploration of the works that inspired and made the entertainment culture of today possible! Rob consistently gives excellent insight into the great works of comic book history, and gives definition and context to a great deal of the shifts and transformations of the comic book industry, of which he experienced so much himself, or has spoken first hand to the creators who did.
His EXCITEMENT is infectious! This podcast has had me digging for back issues dozens of times by now, and I have read some awesome comics because of his recommendations, and I have reevaluated past works I had previously dismissed or disliked.
I would love more conversations with comic creators and cartoonists scattered through the show (like Robert Kirkman, that was fantastic) but I will be listening no matter how this show evolves.
Thank you Rob Liefeld for your podcast and getting us through some otherwise boring hours of the day!
