“Unlike so many of the listeners to the podcast I have not really followed Rob’s work either his Marvel work or Image work. But I get a kick listening to his stories about his stories making and reading comics. What I find refreshing is Rob’s positivity on his show. In a time when everyone goes online to complain about the shows, movies, music, or comics they read or watch, it is refreshing to listen to someone who enjoys what he reads and does not go out his his way to bad mouth or complain about the stuff he doesn’t like. Even if I don’t see eye to eye on Rob’s take on something he’s still great to listen to with fascinating insights into the comics industry, and makes me want to read the comics he’s made.”
