“This is easily my favourite radio show. And by default, my favourite podcast. Not only am I now {relatively} interested in football whereas before I didn’t know Harry Kane from Harry Potter, it’s a real breath of fresh air. I got into it during lockdown 1. I’d only heard snippets on the radio in the car before that, where Matt Forde’s excited laughter made me look at the radio in surprise, I now understand the context behind it and enjoy his squeals of joy when a goal is scored, and more importantly, when Matt Dyson delivers his new Red Hot Action. Each Red Hot Action is a new masterpiece in its own right. It’s perfectly timed, always on point and funny. It’s almost poetic! They’re a perfect double act, they’re funny together and bounce off each other with the delicacy of Ant and Dec.
Forget the world for 3 hours on a Saturday afternoon in a place where politics is banned.”
