Being a person in the world, with other people, can be so hard! This podcast is an incredible toolkit for navigating our social lives and analyzing our relationships from a place of interest rather than judgement. As a bonus, the interviews always make me think of other friends who might enjoy the episode, so it’s a fantastic conversation-starter for messaging someone you want to bring back into your life. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I’m loving this new show as much as I loved Madeline Dore’s previous project. I look forward to every new episode.
