Description
Paul Mooney left school at 13 with no qualifications and became a butcher before getting the chance to return to education when the National College of Industrial Relations took him on. He went on to take a PhD at Trinity College, Dublin and is now president of his old alma mater, since renamed the National College of Ireland. He talks to Eamon about his mission to create educational opportunities for people who didn't have them first time round. Producer: Sarah Binchy
