Waterways Ireland opens restored stretch of the Ulster Canal

It's the second of three phases of restoration. The 1.5 kilometres goes from Clones to Clonfad in County Monaghan and includes a new marina in Clones, restored canal and towpath and engineering works. To tell us more Waterways Ireland chief executive John McDonagh.
