“Great podcast and more important love the coaching. I started with Julie about five months ago from nothing and am on track for a half marathon soon. I got Covid, which caused me to adjust goals. I read somewhere in one of the comments that the podcast had different viewpoints on how to deal with Covid. All I know is that Julie recommended I ramp up after Covid slowly bc the research says picking up immediately where u left off could cause some long term Covid symptoms. Without Julie I definitely would have pushed myself so as not to lose any conditioning. I’d rather be conservative and healthy. For what it’s worth, I’ve been fully vaccinated and boosted.
