“Love this podcast! I love listening while I’m on the treadmill. I’m particularly interested in information about workouts and nutrition for peri -menopausal and menopausal runners, and I love how Julie and Lisa have had a number of guests with varying perspectives and approaches to deal with this sometimes complicated subject. They always seem to ask the questions I’m thinking of as I’m listening.
I also really struggled with getting back to my normal running after having covid, and it was helpful and validating to hear the advice and experiences that they and their guests offered. I felt like “my covid wasn’t that bad… why is it taking me so long to get back to where I was?” and listening to the podcasts made me feel like this wasn’t unusual and I wasn’t alone.
I’m done running Boston- my marathon days are behind me- but I still love to run and find so much information and it’s nice to hear it from such smart, informed coaches. They sound like the kind of women I’d love to go for a run with!”
