Great for runners of all levels
I discovered this podcast through a recommendation from one of my running Facebook groups and have been binging episodes ever since. The tips are great whether you are a new or experienced runner, training for Boston or just running for fun. They have introduced me to so many amazing runners with the guests they have had on. My favorite part is the banter between Lisa and Julie at the beginning of each episode as they recount their week. I listen on my long runs and feel like I am running with two friends. So motivating!!!!
