Lunacy
The basic premise of this is that a CBC journalist believed that there was a secret place in the wilderness (think end of the world lunacy) where people escaped organised crime -and that half the population where in and half where out. She also believed that most of the people in her life (including her biological father) were fake (really double agents with prosthetics). She believed all of this - as an adult woman - because her mother and mother’s reverend boyfriend told her. NOT ONLY THAT but her best friend - an ‘award winning’ journalist at the time - believed the story too because, apparently, lots of crazy stories are true. Clearly neither of these ‘journalists’ were capable of doing some basic fact checking or…..journalism!! You just cannot make this BS up…..

Here the story and save yourself from 3 droning episodes of the same. Go straight to conclusion. Interesting story but could have been told in 2 episodes.
