Ron’s Running chat podcast has become one of my go to outlets for running knowledge. More than Ron’s experiences and insight, which he is very well versed in, but his quality of guests are quite intriguing.
His guest are bringing attention to different sides of running that I was unaware of. I have been especially into finding older athletes who have discovered their niche in running. Learning more and more than competitive running isn’t just for the young. Ron’s found his niche in the running world and I hope he continues to share great content and inspire people like he has done for me.”
