Appreciate the inspiration
Great guests, energy, and content. one thing that’s distracting.... too many instances of Host breaking the flow of interview to talk about himself. The host Is great but really at his best when he is genuinely focused on letting the guest tell their stories with interesting questions vice devolving commentary about himself or qualifications at the expense of the guest. As the minutes tick on. You wonder is this podcast about the host or the guest. A compromise might be a quarterly episode with no guests- just questions from listeners about the hist.. the other episodes? Shine the light on the great people you bring to this show. .they are great.

If you are looking to be moved and inspired, definitely give this podcast a listen. Ron finds guests that have stories we can all relate to, and gets to the heart of what pushes us all to keep fighting. I dare you to listen and not be moved.
