“I met Ron in Tokyo a couple of weeks ago. We instantly connected: it was as if I had always known him. Ron has a HUGE heart. He is incredibly authentic. He loves people and it transpires in this incredible podcast. I have been catching up on episodes during my runs and I know of no other podcaster who gets to the human drama the way Ron does. This is not about pacing, cadence or HIIT (even though you do learn a lot about all that!) and much more about human stories, with their ups and downs, struggles and victories. Because Ron is so authentic, and because he opens his heart to people, they reciprocate unconsciously and it makes for a deep conversations. I particularly loved the recent episode with Neely Gracey who is my amazing coach.
