“I’ve been following and listening to Ron for just over a year now, prior to completing the Tokyo Marathon when I came across him on IG. Ron is an absolute colossus in the Marathon Major community and a fountain of knowledge, I had the pleasure of tuning into his pod with Brendon O’Leary for the 128th Boston Marathon and once again is was a so impactful and full of helpful tips. Ron is always willing to help fellow runners and is an all round great guy with a super positive attitude. I can’t recommend his Pod enough, give it a listen, you won’t regret it.”
