The Comeback Quotient & Lost Art of Running
These were two excellent reviews of books that I would not know of, if these podcasts didn’t exist. They are well researched and presented, and they always give some tips to improve your running, even without reading the books. With that said, The Lost Art of Running will be the third book I have bought because of their reviews. Alan and Liz are a great team and ask the authors excellent questions. The other podcasts in this series are equally excellent and motivating. I am now a fan!

So many other podcasts feel like a waste of time with nonsensical chatter, but yours feels like an investment towards improving my running. I love listening to you...Read full review »

The one with Pete Magill is my absolute favourite, so far: the book is packed with sensible and important information for runners, the author is a joy to listen to and the hosts skilfully wove the conversation along the entire episode.

I’ve had the pleasure of listening to several podcasts by Liz and Alan. (And participating in one.). They ask great, and thoughtful questions that engage the author, digging deep into the weeds of the book. These podcasts will keep you entertained throughout. I highly recommend them!
