Great Treasure
I was a teammate of Julia Hanlon’s in college and I was always amazed by all of the knowledge she had about wellness, running, and yoga. I recently started listening to her podcast again. I love hearing her conversations with Abbey Cooper, Lauren Fleshman, Kara Goucher, and more. It is great that she focuses her efforts on interviewing women. Her recent episodes on eating disorders have been especially meaningful to me and I am glad to learn from her. It’s great to reconnect with Jules and hear her voice.

Julia asks great questions, doesn’t get in the way of the answers, and has introduced me to many inspiring people, and shown me sides of people I’ve heard interviewed before, but never in this way. so very well done.

I just found this podcast, and have been pleased so far with the episodes I have listened to. The guests on the show are some of my favorite, most respected athletes - but the questions lead to a much deeper discussion than simply training and racing. Keep it up! I’ll keep listening!

The interview with John Malkovich was amazing. His take on movies, stage and TV was interesting. Julia's questions were very intriguing. So glad I stumbled onto this podcast! Cannot wait for the next one!Read full review »
