An ounce of prevention and a pound of cure
I wish I would’ve had the foresight to seek out this kind of stuff when I started powerlifting several years and injuries ago. The podcast contains valuable information for any strength athlete who wants to progress. Plus it’s nice to get advice from a doctor working towards a 2000lb total. I’m looking forward to the next episode.

Can't speak highly enough of this podcast. Super nice guys, down to earth and most of all backed up with a wealth of knowledge.
